These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Disclaimer”) apply to the site www.GDPRfolder ®.eu, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”. This Site has been created and is managed by the company Eucoprise SPRL, whose registered office and place of business are based at 164 Chaussée de la grande espinette, 1640 Rhode Siant Genèse, and whose business number is BE 0469.175.043.

Consultation or use of the Site automatically involves the full acceptance of the Disclaimer. Access to information on the information pages and the demo version contained in this site is free of charge, but such access implies the knowledge and acceptance of the Disclaimer.

Access to the GDPRfolder application ® has to be paid for. This payment will be made either directly or through your professional federation which will validate your registration on the Site. You will be informed prior to your registration of the price and method of payment. You will have to register on the Site, communicate some data and possibly create an access code or a password to use certain services offered by the Site. If you do not accept the terms of these services or the privacy policy related to these services, you will not be able to use the services.

By simply using the Site, you fully and unconditionally accept the Disclaimer and you agree to bound by all the terms. If you do not agree with all or part of the Disclaimer, it is recommended that you refrain from visiting or using the Site.

These terms shall apply to the use of all pages of the Site. III. GDPRfolder’s liability ®

GDPRfolder ® does not guarantee the permanent availability, without error or interruption, of all the functions of the Site, nor the immediate correction of errors nor the total absence of viruses or any other harmful element on or from the Site. GDPRfolder ®] can not be held responsible for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, material or immaterial) incurred in relation with the use of the Site or the impossibility of using the Site. IV. Hyperlinks to the Site
